Since 2020, I have been working as a business mentor with Support Coordinators, Occupational Therapists and team leaders and managers in various NDIS Organisations.

I ended up burning myself out because all I did was work and work and work. I didn’t have normal sleeping hours and rarely made time to rest and enjoy my life.
Working all the time stopped me from carving out time for self-care and healthy relationships.
I didn’t delegate enough tasks, and I didn’t prioritize my tasks properly.
I didn’t have a system that allowed me to schedule my week in advance, and I was trying to do everything all at once, all the time.
